The China-Brazil Science and Technology Innovation Center was officially registered and established on the 8th local time in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a physical operation launch ceremony was held. The center was jointly built by CNOOC, Petrobras, China University of Petroleum, and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and is being implemented simultaneously with the China-Brazil Institute of Outstanding Engineers.
