(hereinafter referred to as “Marriott Company”), a subsidiary of Shanghai Huayi Sanaifu New Materials Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, received the “Notice Concerning the Discontinuation of Production and Management of the Entire Plant Area of Inner Mongolia Sanaifu Wanhao Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.” issued by the Fengzhen Municipal People's Government. In order to effectively eliminate hidden risks and guarantee the quality of the ecological environment, the Fengzhen Municipal People's Government decided to stop production and control the entire factory area of Marriott.

Marriott mainly produces F152a, F142b, FKM, and PVDF products. The discontinuation of production is expected to have a certain impact on Marriott's recent production. The company will actively coordinate the production load of other production sites to minimize the impact. Marriott's revenue for January-September 2025 was 779 million yuan, and net profit was 41.2423 million yuan. Operating revenue accounted for 2.16% of the company's revenue (the above data has not been audited). The discontinuation of production did not have a significant impact on the company's 2025 operating data.
