Huatai Securities (06886): Huatai International guarantees the US$56 million medium-term notes issued by Huatai International Finance

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huatai Securities (06886) announced that Huatai International Finance Co., Ltd. (Huatai International Finance), a subsidiary of Huatai International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (Huatai International), a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of the Company, established an overseas medium-term note program (winning ticket plan) with a total principal amount of up to US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020. This winning plan is guaranteed by Huatai International (hereinafter referred to as “this guarantee”). On December 9, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the above winning plan, with an issuance amount of US$25 million and US$31 million respectively.

Based on the USD/RMB exchange rate on November 28, 2025 (1 US dollar = 7.0789 yuan), the total guarantee amount is RMB 396 million.
