Tianma Intelligent Control announced that the company held a meeting of the board of directors and supervisors on December 9, 2025 to review and pass a proposal to increase capital to Beijing Coal Tianma Automation Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of 450 million yuan to implement the fund-raising project. After the capital increase is completed, CoTianma's registered capital will increase from 80 million yuan to 530 million yuan, and it will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. The total amount of capital raised was $2,209 million, and the net amount after deducting issuance fees was $2,129 billion.
