China Construction Bank (00939) completed the issuance of 40 billion domestic secondary capital bonds in 2025 (third instalment)

With the approval of relevant regulators, the Bank recently issued China Construction Bank Corporation's 2025 Secondary Capital Bonds (Third Issue) (Bond Connect) (Current Bond) on the national interbank bond market, and completed the issuance on December 8, 2025. The issuance scale of the current bond is RMB 40 billion. It is a 10-year fixed interest rate bond with conditional issuer redemption rights at the end of the 5th year, with a coupon interest rate of 2.24%. The funds raised by the current bond will supplement the Bank's secondary capital in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approval.
