Ondo InsurTech Completes Retail Offer of Shares

The British claims prevention technology company will issue 305,928 new ordinary shares at 0.25 pound each, the issue price of a related placing and subscription, according to a Tuesday release. The new shares are expected to start trading on Thursday. Overall, the company raised 2.4 million pounds in gross proceeds through the retail offer, placing and subscription.
