(0175.HK, hereinafter referred to as “Geely Auto”) issued an announcement announcing the results of the shareholders' consideration selection in the privatization transaction of Krypton Intelligent Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (NYSE: ZK, hereinafter referred to as “Extreme Krypton”). Extreme Krypton holders who choose share consideration account for about 70.8% of eligible Krypton holders, and Geely Auto will allocate and issue a total of 777,228,611 consideration shares for them. Extreme Krypton holders who choose or are seen as opting for cash consideration account for about 29.2% of eligible Krypton holders, and Geely Auto will pay a total of approximately US$701 million in cash. This move marks the end of a return to “One Lucky”.

According to the plan, the merger deal between Geely Auto and Krypton will be completed on or before December 29, 2025, which will lay a solid foundation for Geely to build an excellent cost advantage, enhance the competitiveness of the brand matrix, and enhance its influence in the global market. Geely Automobile will achieve full coverage of the three major market segments: mainstream, middle and high-end, and luxury, form a “fuel+pure electric+plug-in hydride+alcohol-hydrogen electric” multi-power system, further strengthen intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation capabilities, and strive to continuously improve profitability and long-term shareholder returns.
