Mr. Zhao Mingjing (who is also the Director of Corporate Secretarial Services (HK) Limited in Greater China, a professional enterprise service provider) has resigned as company secretary of the Company, authorized representative of the Company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, and representative in Hong Kong under section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws The Company shall act as an authorized representative to receive legal process documents and notices, effective from December 9, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhao will no longer hold any position in the Group.

Ms. Li Yicheng, who has the professional qualifications required by section 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as a company secretary, authorized representative and agent in legal proceedings since December 9, 2025.
