The Zhitong Finance App learned that CyberScope Web3 Security, a company that provides Web3 cybersecurity and compliance solutions for digital asset platforms, submitted an IPO application to the US SEC on Monday and plans to raise up to 17 million US dollars through the IPO.

CyberScope is a Web3 security and compliance provider focused on smart contract audits, anti-money laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) screening, penetration testing, and blockchain vulnerability assessments. The company was founded in 2023 and recorded $1 million in revenue over a 12-month period ending June 30, 2025. The company plans to list on NASDAQ, but has yet to choose a stock code. CyberScope Web3 Security secretly submitted an application on August 19, 2025. Maxim Group LLC is the sole bookkeeping manager for this transaction. Pricing terms have not been disclosed at this time.
