Pennon Group's Chair Takes on Executive Role

03:14 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pennon Group (PNN.L) Chair David Sproul will take on the executive chair position on an interim basis, effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to a Tuesday filing. The appointment was made to support the clean water and wastewater services group's operations as the chief executive officer role transitions to Keith Haslett from Susan Davy, who will leave the position on Dec. 31. The company noted that Haslett will join the board by June 30, 2026, after serving his notice period.
