Chemring Group Posts Higher FY25 Profit, Revenue

02:28 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Chemring Group (CHG.L) said Tuesday its profit and revenue for fiscal 2025 climbed year over year. Profit after tax attributable to equity holders of the parent for the year ended Oct. 31 was 48.2 million pounds sterling, compared with 39.5 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.175 pound from 0.141 pound. The aerospace and security technology company's revenue was 497.5 million pounds, compared with 488.3 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board recommended a final dividend of 0.053 pound per share, payable on April 10, 2026, to shareholders on record on March 20, 2026. It paid 0.052 pound per share a year ago. The full-year dividend is 0.08 pound per share, up from 0.078 pound on an annual basis.
