Inwido Buys British Sash Window Maker Victorian House Window Group

11:51 PM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inwido (INWI.ST) acquired Victorian House Window Group, a manufacturer of sliding sash windows in the UK, according to a Monday release. The Swedish windows and doors manufacturer paid equity investor BGF and other shareholders 60 million pounds sterling for the acquisition. The purchased company is based in Wales and operates depots and sales locations in the UK and Ireland. Victorian House also owns a manufacturing site in Foshan, China.
