Zhitong Finance App News, Longpan Technology (02465) announced that the company plans to provide a loan of no more than RMB 4 billion to the holding subsidiary Changzhou Lithium Source New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changzhou Lithium Source”). The loan period will not exceed 3 years, and the loan interest rate will not rise by more than 150 BP according to the one-year LPR announced by the People's Bank of China on the actual issuance date. Within the above loan amount, Changzhou Lithium Source can recycle related loans.
