Taiyong Kangda, the controlling shareholder of Cree International (300662.SZ), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

Zhitong Finance App News, Cree International (300662.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Horgos Taiyong Kangda Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (“Taiyong Kangda”) plans to reduce its holdings by 5.9041 million shares through bulk trading and centralized bidding from December 30, 2025 to March 27, 2026, accounting for 3% of Cree International's total current share capital.
