TotalEnergies Replaces ADRs with Ordinary Shares on NYSE

03:42 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TotalEnergies (TTE.PA, TTE.L, TTE.BR) said Monday its ordinary shares started trading on the New York Stock Exchange, replacing its American depositary receipts. The French energy group's shares will trade under the same ticker symbol. The move follows the termination of the company's ADR program and the conversion to ordinary shares on a 1-for-1 basis.
