Sandoz Concludes Purchase of Evotec's Biologics Platform

01:34 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sandoz Group (SDZ.SW) finalized the purchase of German life science company Evotec's (EVT.F) biologics platform Just-Evotec Biologics EU. The deal will boost the Swiss drugmaker's biosimilars manufacturing capacity through a new development site in Toulouse, France, and an indefinite licence to biosimilars technology. Sandoz added that the transaction will not impact its 2025 outlook.
