03:20 AM EST, 12/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mayflower Acquisition (MAY.L) started trading on the London stock exchange's main market under the ticker MAY from 8 am local time on Friday, according to a same-day release. The move follows an initial public offering, under which the acquisition company raised $500 million in gross proceeds through a share placement priced at $10 apiece and a subscription offer for founder preferred shares. Jefferies International was the sole bookrunner for the placement.
