JDE Peet's Prices EUR600 Million Senior Notes Due 2027

12:00 AM EST, 12/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JDE Peet's (JDEP.AS) said Thursday it priced a 600 million-euro offering of floating-rate senior unsecured notes to be issued on Dec. 11. The notes, due in December 2027, will be priced at 3 months Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus 70 basis points and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The pure-play coffee company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including refinancing upcoming debt maturities.
