Epic Suisse Raises CHF70 Million from Upsized Share Offering

12:48 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Epic Suisse (EPIC.SW) said Thursday it raised 70 million francs from its offering of new shares, which was upsized from an original size of 60 million francs. The Swiss real estate company issued 875,000 new shares at 80 francs apiece in an accelerated bookbuild process. Settlement is expected by Dec. 8. The net proceeds are earmarked for the company's development and acquisition pipeline, with some to be channeled toward general corporate expenditures.
