The Hong Kong Investment Corporation officially released its 2024 annual report today. This is the first annual report it has published since its establishment. As of December 31, 2024, the total assets of the Hong Kong Investment Corporation were HK$60.07 billion. The capital already invested in the project accounted for less than 1/5 of the initial capital, achieving investment revenue of HK$2,345 billion and recording an operating profit of HK$2.52 billion. Looking at the investment layout, the share of investment in the hard technology sector was as high as 71%, while life technology and new energy/green technology accounted for 13% and 11% respectively.
