Ananda Pharma Issues Shares for Convertible Loan Notes Redemption

07:57 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ananda Pharma (ANA.AQ) issued 150 million shares to cover an automatic redemption of 600,000 unsecured, interest-bearing convertible loan notes originally issued in September 2023. The UK-based cannabidiol medicines developer said Wednesday the accrued interest of 233,843 pounds sterling will remain as unsecured debt. Ananda Pharma will issue an additional 75 million shares to its investor Charles Morgan, who held 300,000 convertible loan notes. Following the issue, he will own a 56.28% stake in the company.
