Bermuda Supreme Court Green-lights Hansa Investment-Ocean Wilsons Merger

05:05 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ocean Wilsons (OCN.L) said Wednesday the Supreme Court of Bermuda sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for its takeover by Hansa Investment (HAN.L). The scheme is set to take effect after it delivers a court order copy to the Registrar of Companies, the targeted marine services investor added. Ocean Wilsons disclosed the deal in July.
