(“Three Construction Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, formed a consortium and received a notice of winning the bid for the Baoshan Bridge West Extension section (Yuwu Expressway to Jiangjiaping Interchange) construction project on the 5th Expressway Link Line. Among them, the volume of the project constructed by Sanjian Company is about 797.5 million yuan (the specific amount is subject to the formal contract).
