The Zhitong Finance App learned that recently, Kejie, a smart supply chain subsidiary of Shenzhou Holdings (00861), officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Pudu Robot”), a leading brand in the global service robot field. This powerful alliance is not only an important practice for Kejie to deepen the global supply chain layout and give full play to the core advantages of overseas services, but also a key layout for Purdue Robotics to expand application scenarios based on top robotics technology. It is also a new practice for the two sides to explore and integrate innovation together on the robot circuit. As a well-known supply chain enterprise that has recently been frequently established in the intelligent field, this cooperation will further improve Kejie's supply chain ecological layout and inject strong impetus into the digital intelligent transformation of the global supply chain.

01 Focus on international supply chain services and build a full chain collaboration system

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Kejie and Purdue Robotics will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of international supply chain, domestic supply chain, digital intelligent supply chain services, e-commerce operation services, and intelligent warehousing solutions.

As a leading brand in the field of global service robots, Purdue Robotics has the highest market share in the service robot circuit in the world, with an overseas restaurant market share of over 80%. Currently, Pudu Robotics business covers more than 80 countries and regions, covers more than 1,000 cities, has more than 9 global spare parts warehouses, and 600+ service outlets.

The international supply chain area is the highlight of this collaboration. In response to the country's “Belt and Road” overseas policy, Kejie has completed the layout of warehouse networks and transportation networks in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and other countries. The business scope covers full-process services such as overseas delivery, warehousing and collection, overseas warehouses, bonded warehouses, supervised warehouses, export customs declaration, international transportation, import agency, customs clearance guarantee, and overseas delivery. In this cooperation, Kejie will use this mature overseas service network to provide strong supply chain support for Purdue Robotics' global business expansion, help its robot products efficiently enter the markets of many countries and regions around the world, and further consolidate its market position as a “leading brand in the field of global service robots”.

In addition, Kejie will also rely on its domestic warehousing and distribution resources to provide Pudu Robotics with localized storage, rapid transfer and nationwide warehousing and distribution services to help improve the efficiency of product circulation in the domestic market; integrate resources from more than 40 mainstream e-commerce platforms at home and abroad to provide one-stop e-commerce agency operation services; tailor intelligent warehousing solutions; and provide big data analysis and decision optimization services through the KingKoo Data supply chain control tower, large logistics model, and enterprise-level supply chain intelligence cluster “Xiaojin” to achieve accurate control of all aspects of the supply chain.

Currently, through the AI full-stack technology core engine, combined with the “customer+ecosystem” two-wheel drive model, Kejie continues to strengthen project plan construction, build a “visible, manageable, clear, and evolvable” warehouse management system and a perfect customer management system, become a warehouse management expert within the industry and a cargo management expert for merchants, commercialize solutions, visualize customer value, and drive market-driven data, and continue to deepen industry supply chain service capabilities.

02 Join forces to jointly lay out a new “supply chain+robot” ecosystem

This strategic cooperation between Kejie and Purdue Robotics coincides with the “Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development”, which clearly states “forward-looking layout for future industries such as intelligence,” and has important industry exemplary significance and practical value. For Kejie, the partnership with Purdue Robotics is a key step in extending its supply chain services to the robotics circuit. Previously, Kejie had reached strategic cooperation with leading domestic enterprises in the field of physical intelligence to jointly build an intelligent application ecosystem in the logistics field and create a full-process unmanned operation system.

Pudu Robotics (Pudu Robotics) is a leading global brand in the field of service robotics. It is committed to using robotics to create truly useful robot products to improve human production and life efficiency. Purdue Robotics focuses on R&D, design, production and sales of service robots. It has the three core technologies of “movement, operation, and AI”, and is the first in the industry to achieve a complete layout of dedicated, humanoid and humanoid robot products. Currently, Purdue Robotics has four product lines: service, cleaning, industrial, and physical intelligence. Its products have been widely used in ten major industries and scenarios, including catering, retail, hotels, medical care, entertainment and sports, industrial manufacturing, and education. The company's business has expanded to more than 80 countries and regions, with a cumulative shipment volume of more than 100,000 units.

As a national 5A logistics enterprise, Kejie has been deeply involved in the supply chain field for more than 20 years. Its business covers the entire supply chain service system, including warehousing management, transportation and distribution, e-commerce operations, cross-border trade, software systems, and digital intelligent operation. After years of accumulation, Kejie has managed and operated more than 160 warehouses, covering about 300 cities, and processing up to 5 million orders per day. It has maintained a leading position in the consumer electronics, intelligent communications, FMCG retail, clothing and other industries for more than ten years. In terms of supply chain digital intelligence services, logistics specialized technology systems such as the supply chain control tower system independently developed by Kejie, the KingKoo Data supply chain big data platform, and “Xiaojin”, the first enterprise-level intelligent cluster based on the “AI for Process” concept in the supply chain field, can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise supply chain operations.

Facing the future, Kejie and Purdue Robotics will use this strategic cooperation as a starting point to continue to deepen collaboration in various core business fields and jointly explore more possibilities for “supply chain+robot” integration and innovation, which will not only inject new impetus into their own business growth, but also provide a Chinese solution that can be learned from for the digital intelligent transformation of the global supply chain, lead the collaborative development of the robot circuit and supply chain industry, and jointly create a more efficient, intelligent and sustainable future.
