Swiss Prime Site Buys Office Property in Switzerland

01:28 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Swiss Prime Site (SPSN.SW) said Wednesday that it purchased an office property in Switzerland for an undisclosed price. The Zurich West-based location, which was acquired from a private owner, spans 19,000 square meters and has SIX Group Services as the tenant. The real estate company expects the Zurich West office, along with its previous Geneva and Lausanne office acquisitions, to earn 17 million francs of rental income annually.
