Shareholders of China Environmental Resources (01130) deposited their shares in Li & Fung Securities with a market value of HK$40.14 million

On December 2, China Environmental Resources issued an announcement. The conditions set out in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement matters were completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement on December 2, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 74.1 million placed shares to no less than six undertakers in accordance with the placement agreement. The placement price is HK$0.468 per share. The net proceeds from the placement (after deducting all related costs, fees, expenses and commissions) collected by the Company are approximately HK$3.4 million.
