Turning Point Brands Appoints David E. Glazek Executive Chairman, CEO, Effective Oct. 1, Succeeding Graham Purdy

Turning Point Brands, Inc. ("TPB" or "the Company") (NYSE: TPB), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded consumer products, today announced its Board of Directors has appointed David E. Glazek, currently Executive Chairman, as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Glazek succeeds Graham Purdy, who is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer for personal reasons. The departure is not related to any disagreement with the company.
