Can I receive a transfer fee reimbursement every time I transfer?
No, you are eligible for up to two reimbursements. You can receive one for your cash or margin account and one for your registered account, up to a total of CAD $300. Read T&C for more limitations.
Is there a minimum transfer amount to qualify for transfer bonus?
Yes, the minimum transfer amount to qualify is CAD $2,000 or the equivalent in US dollars.
How long does it take to transfer an account?
Transferring cash or securities from another broker to Webull typically takes at least 10 business days. However, the process may take longer if: • The account type at the delivering broker does not match the receiving Webull account. • New transactions are made in the delivering brokerage account after the transfer is initiated. To help avoid delays, ensure your account details are accurate and refrain from making new transactions in your external brokerage account once the transfer has begun.
How does the transfer value calculated?
For both incoming and outgoing transfers: The value of transferred securities is determined based on the National Market System closing price on the business day before the transfer settlement. If the transfer is in a currency other than CAD, Webull will convert the amount to CAD using the exchange rate on the settlement date.
What securities can I transfer to my Webull account?
You can transfer whole shares of US and Canadian-listed equities to your Webull account. However, Webull does not support the transfer of: • Fixed income assets • Options • Fractional shares • Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs) • Mutual funds
When will I receive my transfer bonus?
Your bonus will be issued within 2 to 5 business days after your transfer settles. Be sure to claim it in the My Rewards section of the Webull app. How to claim your bonus: Open the Webull app Go to Menu Select Shortcuts: My Rewards
