China Health Technology Group (01069): Delay in publishing annual results

Zhitong Finance App News, China Health Technology Group (01069) issued an announcement to further delay publication of the preliminary annual results for the year ending June 30, 2026.

According to section 13.49 (1) of the listing rules, the company is required to publish its annual results before September 30, 2026. The composition of the board of directors changed significantly on September 29, 2026, and the company initially expected the relevant results to be published before October 30, 2026.

However, despite due diligence, the company's former directors and company secretary have yet to hand over all of the Group's books and records to the current board of directors. The company's current directors are working to recover relevant documents to ensure the accuracy of financial information. As a result, the Board regrets that the annual results were not published before October 30, 2026.
