According to the Zhitong Finance App, Debi Group (300947.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to repurchase some public shares through centralized bidding. The share repurchase capital is not less than 50 million yuan and no more than 100 million yuan, and the share repurchase price is no more than 20 yuan/share.
