NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Louisiana-Pacific Corp. (LPX) on Tuesday reported third-quarter earnings of $23 million.

The Nashville, Tennessee-based company said it had net income of 32 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 39 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 21 cents per share.

The home construction supplier posted revenue of $691 million in the period.
