Following the purchase of shares, Mr. Li Zhong held a total of 26.351 million shares (accounting for about 1.14% of the company's issued share capital), of which Mr. Li Zhong held 26 million shares, and Mr. Li Zhong's spouse, Ms. Lu Hai, personally held 351,000 shares.
