Oxford BioDynamics Concludes Share Placement

04:37 AM EST, 11/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford BioDynamics (OBD.L) will receive the remaining gross proceeds of 250,000 pounds sterling from the completion of the placement of 9.15 billion new ordinary shares. The biotechnology company issued the balance of 250 million placing shares to three existing shareholders at the price of 0.001 pound per share, according to a Tuesday release. All new shares began trading on the London stock exchange's AIM segment on Aug. 27.
