In order to regulate the enforcement of export control of dual-use items, the Ministry of Commerce has researched and drafted the “Dual-use Item Export Control Investigation and Enforcement Measures” in accordance with the “Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China” and “Dual-use Items Export Control Regulations”, and is now publicly soliciting comments.
