DUBLIN (AP) — DUBLIN (AP) — Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC (JAZZ) on Monday reported a loss of $483.4 million in its third quarter.

The Dublin-based company said it had a loss of $7.48 per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $3.88 per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of $4.09 per share.

The drugmaker posted revenue of $1.24 billion in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Seven analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.21 billion.

Jazz expects full-year revenue in the range of $4.78 billion to $4.85 billion.
