Deng Guofu seriously violated the Party's political discipline and integrity discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. Furthermore, he did not back down or quit after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. According to the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment”, “Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China”, “Law on Administrative Disposition of Public Officials of the People's Republic of China” and other relevant regulations, the Standing Committee of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Autonomous Region studied and submitted to the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region for approval, it decided to dismiss Deng Guofu from his party membership; cancel the treatment he enjoyed in accordance with the regulations; seize his illegal proceeds; refer his suspected crime to the procuratorial authorities for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law.
