US Special Envoy Witkov: The US will facilitate working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi from November 10 to 11 to advance President Trump's mission to end the war. Discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, cooling the situation, humanitarian action, and next steps towards peace. Additionally, US negotiators will meet with representatives of France, Germany, Britain, the European Union, and NATO in Brussels this week to discuss security for Ukraine, Europe's post-war security structure, and economic opportunities to support Ukraine's reconstruction. We look forward to building a comprehensive and lasting peace agreement based on the progress made in Kyiv, Oslo and St. Petersburg.
