The company's shareholders transferred 2.246,800 shares to Citibank and 1,967,700 shares from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities.

Shenghong Technology announced that for the first three quarters of 2026, revenue was 18.46 billion yuan, up 30.77% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 3.384 billion yuan, up 4.28% year on year; basic earnings per share were 3.63 yuan.
