(“Zhongfu Carbon Core”) in cash. Among them, the company plans to invest no more than 500 million yuan, and the auction will not be less than 40% of the shares of Zhongfu Carbon Core. After the transaction is completed, Zhongfu Carbon Core will be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statement.
