(hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”, the final name is subject to commercial registration) and signed the “Zhejiang Haiyuan Zhihui Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)” Agreement》 The total amount of capital pledged in the first batch of funds was 300 million yuan, and the company pledged 57 million yuan, with an investment ratio of 19%.
