Odfjell Drilling Bags Contract for Serica Energy's Upcoming Drilling Program

02:35 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Odfjell Drilling's (ODL.OL) Beacon Pacific Offshore secured a new drilling contract with Serica Energy (UK), a subsidiary of London-listed oil and gas production company Serica Energy (SQZ.L). The Norwegian drilling and engineering company said Monday that the contract covers its Beacon Pacific semi-submersible rig, which will be used for Serica's six-well drilling program that is planned to begin in the third quarter of 2027. Odfjell noted that reactivation of the rig has already started.
