The Zhitong Finance App learned that Fubo Group (03738) rose more than 7% intraday. As of press release, it rose 6.58% to HK$2.43, with a turnover of HK$27.916,500.

According to news, on September 3, Fubo's subsidiary signed a strategic partnership and commercial agreement with Brunei's national telecom network operator UNN to establish and operate an AI factory based on Nvidia's computing core to obtain 50MW of computing power (of which 25MW is used for subsequent expansion arrangements) to support the expansion of the DreamMaker platform and related services. Fubo Group announced in October that it will acquire Anqing International, an entity belonging to Dreamesh, to accelerate the integration of content protection and AI video generation technology.

Guosheng Securities believes that this cooperation provides computing power deployment conditions for DreamMaker to expand its service scale, and is expected to enhance the company's ability to meet the AI content generation needs of film and television studios, independent producers, and content creators. On this basis, the company is expected to further provide copyright protection and monetization services around the same customer, and strengthen collaboration between content production and existing copyright businesses.
