The China Index Research Institute recently released the “Analysis of the Sales Performance of Chinese Housing Enterprises from January to October 2026". From January to October 2026, the total sales volume of 100 housing enterprises was 2537.06 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 0.9 percentage points narrower than in January-September. From January to October 2026, there were 6 100 billion housing enterprises, a decrease of 1 from the same period last year; there were 58 10 billion housing enterprises, a decrease of 4 from the same period last year, and the number of 100 billion and 10 billion housing enterprises continued the downward trend.
