Olefite Electric Vehicle New Materials Announcement. The conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met and the placement matters have been completed on October 17, 2026. All 188 million placed shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.050 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. To the knowledge, full knowledge and conviction of the directors after making all reasonable inquiries, the undertakers and their respective ultimate beneficial owners (if applicable) are independent third parties.
