CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) shares traded higher in Tuesday’s premarket session after the company expanded its global AI cloud platform.

The expansion comes as CoreWeave continues to add capacity while investors monitor elevated credit risk.

CoreWeave Expands Global AI Cloud Footprint

CoreWeave brought most of its planned 22.5 megawatts of IT capacity online at atNorth’s DEN01 data center in Copenhagen, its first deployment in Denmark.

The NVIDIA Blackwell-powered facility expands CoreWeave’s European footprint to nine data centers across five geographies.

The company said it is also adding network points of presence in the United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Korea and Japan. The rollout begins later in the fourth quarter of 2026 and is expected to form a full network loop by mid-2027.

As of June 30, CoreWeave operated 51 data centers with more than 1.5 gigawatts of active power and about 4.2 gigawatts of contracted power, according to its Aug. 11 earnings call.

“Our customers need more than access to computing capacity. They need infrastructure that performs reliably at scale and the ability to move data and workloads wherever their business requires,” Chief Operating Officer Sachin Jain said.

Expansion Keeps Funding Risk In Focus

CoreWeave’s infrastructure push comes as the stock attempts to stabilize after a steep decline. CNBC’s Jim Cramer asked whether CoreWeave was “actually attempting to mount a rally” after shares rebounded Monday following a 37% slide over the prior month.

That rebound comes against an elevated funding-risk backdrop. CoreWeave has accumulated more than $51 billion in debt and lease obligations to build out its AI infrastructure, while the yield on its 9.75% bonds due in 2031 reached a record 16.009%.

CoreWeave’s five-year credit-default-swap spread remains near its 12-month high, reflecting elevated market pricing of credit risk. The spread has widened sharply from both a month ago and a year earlier, underscoring growing concern about the company’s funding profile.

CRWV Technical Setup Remains Weak

CoreWeave remains in a bearish technical setup, trading 23.6% below its 20-day SMA and 30.9% below its 50-day SMA.

The RSI stands at 25.63, placing the stock in oversold territory. That could support a short-term bounce, but momentum remains weak.

MACD is below its signal line, reinforcing the bearish trend. The stock also remains under pressure following a July death cross, when the 50-day SMA fell below the 200-day SMA.

CRWV is trading near its 52-week low of $53.50 after falling 59.44% over the past 12 months.

Earnings And Analyst Targets In Focus

CoreWeave is estimated to report earnings on Nov. 9, 2026.

Wall Street expects a loss of $1.16 per share on revenue of $3.55 billion, compared with a loss of 8 cents per share on revenue of $1.36 billion a year earlier.

The stock carries a Buy consensus rating with an average price forecast of $126.33.

UBS maintained a Buy rating while lowering its price forecast to $105 on Oct. 23. Morgan Stanley kept an Equal-Weight rating and cut its forecast to $70 the same day, while Piper Sandler maintained an Overweight rating and lowered its forecast to $124 on Oct. 21.

CRWV Price Action: CoreWeave shares were up 4.38% at $57.60 during premarket trading on Tuesday. The stock is near its 52-week low of $53.50, according to Benzinga Pro data.
