Sino Real Estate (00083): Liu Yeqiang Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Sino Real Estate (00083) issued an announcement. After joining the board of directors for more than 21 years, Mr. Li Minqiao retired as an independent non-executive director of the company at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on October 27, 2026 in accordance with the rotating retirement arrangement, and was no longer re-elected. His retirement took effect at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting. After his retirement, Mr. Lee also ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee.

Mr Lau Yip Keung was appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee to replace Mr. Lee with effect from October 27, 2026.
