Recently, Bosch, the world's largest auto parts supplier, announced that it will transfer its mobile marketing business in Germany, along with the three service units of Bosch Digitalization, Global Business Services, and Global Real Estate, from Robert Bosch GmbH to independent legal entities to operate as wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group; the Group headquarters will be transformed into a holding company, retaining only the Group's financing, central research and advance engineering functions. The new entity will commence operations on August 1, 2027, and the overall adjustments will be completed in stages by the end of 2027. However, this spin-off will not affect business in the Chinese market. Bosch Chinese insiders said that this adjustment is a unified structure for the Group in Germany, not for regions such as China, and that China's business layout and investment will not be affected.
