Biosergen Completes Merger with Flerie

01:52 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Biosergen's (BIOSGN.ST) merger with Flerie was completed, with its operations and assets transferred to the life science investor's new subsidiary Flerie Invest. The biotechnology company said Oct. 23 that Flerie issued 2,667,234 new ordinary shares as merger consideration, bringing its total share count to 89,364,936. Biosergen shareholders will receive one Flerie share for every 31 Biosergen shares held as of Oct. 26, with distribution expected around Oct. 28.
