Zhitong Finance App News, Quantifier (02685) announced that on October 23, 2026, Silicon-based (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Development Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Car Wireless (Beijing) Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Car Unbounded (Beijing)”), an automobile dealership registered in Beijing, signed a strategic cooperation agreement (strategic procurement agreement) for the physical AI shopping robot framework procurement and scenario enablement (strategic procurement agreement). The agreement sets out the cooperation intentions of the two parties.
According to the strategic procurement agreement, silicon-based intelligence must provide up to 2,000 one-stop solutions by the end of 2027, including physical artificial intelligence (AI) robots, embedded software, car sales scenario configuration and supporting services for use by Car Unbounded (Beijing) when providing car sales services at car dealerships under its management. Use cases covered by strategic procurement agreements include but are not limited to customer welcome reception, model introduction, customer interaction, and lead collection and distribution. Supporting services include knowledge base configuration, sales skills and workflow customization, system docking, training, operation support and remote maintenance.
The strategic procurement agreement sets a maximum cumulative purchase limit of 2,000 units during the agreement period, using instalment confirmation and delivery arrangements. Specific models, functional configurations, software modules, after-sales service, delivery stores and prices will be proposed by Auto Wuxie (Beijing) according to the requirements of its car dealership. Each clause will be agreed between the two parties in the relevant final purchase confirmation and delivered accordingly.
The Group will continue to explore the application of cutting-edge technologies, including “smart species,” in the physical world, as well as the application of AI technology in various consumer scenarios. The board of directors believes that the strategic procurement agreement is an exploration of the application of the Group's AI+ consumer scenario core strategy in the physical world. It is a scenario-based extension of the Group's existing AI technology capabilities, and does not constitute a major change in the Group's main business.
