Recently, the 7th batch sub-array of the CNNC Tianwan 2 million kilowatt beachfront photovoltaic demonstration project in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, which was constructed by China 22nd Metallurgical successfully completed the construction tasks. A total of 6 sub-groups of the 3 power collection lines were successfully connected to the grid. Up to now, the CNNC Tianwan 2 million kilowatt beachside photovoltaic demonstration project has completed the installation of 1.54 million kilowatt photovoltaic modules, and the overall progress is about 77%. The project is scheduled to be fully connected to the grid by the end of 2026. After completion, the average annual feed-in electricity capacity is about 2,234 billion kilowatt-hours, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1.77 million tons per year.
